Accessories (earrings and key rings) do not come with a lifetime warranty.

We do our best to source the highest quality materials. However, we recognise that because we are working with leather and thread, things can potentially break.

We want you to enjoy your products for years to come, therefore all products have a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.

This means that after inspection and approval, Lagom Leather will repair or replace any part of a product found to be defective.

You must be able to verify that you bought the product directly from us.

The warranty does not include shipping charges.
